The Club has retained Leo Daly architects and Hedrick Brothers construction to conduct a space plan review, to include estimated costs, for a renovation of our Sports Complex, slated to take place in 2023 and 2024. This initial review will consider expansion and/or repurpose of certain spaces, including the expansion of the second-level fitness center. Once that initial review is completed and various options are outlined as a starting point, certain committees and then member workshops will help refine/define the scope of the project.

The Club will work through draft plans and then being member workshops in 2022. The timeline would be a member vote in February of 2023 and construction beginning in April.

2021 to Commence in June:
- Relocation of the Member Lounge to the north side of the Bistro 105
- Relocation of the Tennis Office space to the lower level storage area
- Expansion of the Fitness Center to the Member Lounge
- Relocation of the Marketing Office space
- Expansion of Tennis Shop an space
- The Club is also working on a larger scale upgrade to the Sports Complex that will include an update the current building such as an expanded Fitness Center, addition of a Porte-Cochère, expansion of the Bistro 105, an improved Tennis Shop and an upgraded Member Lounge, Spa check-in and other minor improvements.
- The Club is working on a larger scale complete renovation of the Pool Complex that will include a redesigned pool, hot tub and new lap pool. We will reconsider the outdoor dining space, recreate the kids room/family room, new playground and new kids water experience. We will consider if both projects are done in the same summer.
